The MAU – Taguspark Urban Art Museum will open Tiago Cutileiro's exhibition, entitled "The Portuguese Woman Who Loves Artificial Insects," on March 25 at 7 p.m. This new artistic project by Tiago Cutileiro combines tradition and technology, using artificial intelligence to animate the works.

The exhibition tells the story of a Portuguese woman who falls in love with an artificial insect, demonstrating how an unlikely encounter can represent the dialogue between two forms of creation: the human gesture, full of memory and identity, and the computer algorithm, based on logic and patterns.

Inspiration drawn from the symbolic strength of women serves as a theme for reflection on how traditionalism and innovation can coexist and enrich each other. This demonstration of women's vigor opens doors to the expressiveness of contemporary art without neglecting human essence.

True to his style and career path, in this project Tiago Cutileiro focuses on the relationship between reality and artificiality, exploring the tension between two opposing concepts and questioning the authenticity and nature of representation in contemporary art.

The exhibition will be on display at the Taguspark Central Hub, and admission is free.
