Taguspark - City of Knowledge is promoting an initiative to call for peace and protest against the attacks on the people of Ukraine.

In view of the current situation unfolding in Eastern Europe, we intend to take a stance calling for peace and protesting at the attack the people of Ukraine have suffered.

Accordingly, on the morning of March 17, 2022 at 11:30 a.m., the bust of Yuri Gagarin on top of the flag of the Soviet Union and the Vostok 1 rocket were accompanied by the flag of Ukraine for an indefinite period of time.

MAU - Museum of Urban Art is a place where we respect history and culture. It's also a place that aims to be disruptive and generate knowledge. So we haven't erased history, but we want to contribute a message for the end of the war through this symbolic gesture. At Taguspark - Cidade do Conhecimento we will always be in favor of peace and respect for the dignity of human life.
