The Yellow Star Company presents SHREK, the most fun, lively, and green children’s musical! Shrek is an ogre who lives happily on his own in a swamp in Far Far Away. His peace is threatened when the local ruler, Lord Farquaad, banishes all the magical creatures in his kingdom to the swamp. To get rid of them, the ogre strikes a deal with Farquaad: he’ll fetch the “piece” that would complete Lord Farquaad’s kingdom. That piece is Fiona, a politically incorrect princess who lives imprisoned in a castle guarded by a dragon. Shrek and his friend Donkey set out on a mission to free her. And they succeed. But Shrek falls in love with Fiona and begins to fight for her heart.
