The dialogue between the artist and the "On Pink Floyd" collection conveys his sensations, his inner struggles, his encounters and disagreements with history and, in a very natural method, the work took care of itself, escaped the control of its creator, and projected itself onto canvas, sculpture, paper and image, not in a mechanical way, but in a dialectical way.

ALBUQ has developed a unique gestural vocabulary, and by using his body as a tool to construct his work, he stands out among his generation as a gestural artist, exploring themes through a naturally unrestrained approach. After several decades, he has managed to define the individuality of his “stroke” in an original way that, here and there, draws on the language and techniques of Salvador Dalí and Jackson Pollock, two of his most significant influences. Hisrésumé includesseveral tours of the United States, where he exhibited and donated his works.

The "Tribute" exhibition is free to enter and is part of the MAU - Museum of Urban Art program, which aims to promote critical thinking and contribute to the well-being of those who visit and work in the City of Knowledge.
