Biophilia 2.0
June 2021
Avenida Professor Doutor Cavaco Silva,
Gardens Buildings Quality.

In this public space, a temple is created surrounded by domesticated nature and urban space. This organic body made up of metal bones, light and air contemplates the surrounding landscape, a womb made from the extraction of iron and sand. These elements are transformed by high temperatures into metal, glass, electricity and smoke. Here grows a new biosphere, a breathing altar, a place reserved for contemplation, nourishment and reconnection with our own biophilia, the innate and natural ability to establish affinity with life and all living systems.
